About Guess the Animal

Guess the Animal is a free game built on the 31 animal personalities from our quiz. Each round shows a clue written in the animal's own voice, like “Before I decide, I want to understand why the plan works.” Your job is to spot which personality is talking. There are 186 clues, so every set of 5 draws fresh ones.

How to play

  1. Read the clue and pick one of the four animals.
  2. Stuck? Ask for up to two more hints. Hints are free and never cost points or your streak.
  3. Easy rounds score 10 points, Tricky 20 and Expert 30. A streak adds a bonus: 5 extra points for your second correct answer in a row, 10 for the third, up to 20.
  4. Tricky clues unlock after 4 correct answers and Expert clues after 12. Your points and level are saved in this browser, with no sign-up.
