No. You can adopt straight from your quiz result. If you have a finished report, you can start there too.
What happens during the seven days?
Each day brings one small reflection question, a response from your animal, and a place to mark a habit. Daily emails bring you back to your companion page. At the end, you can choose to keep your animal.
Can I use this after a team quiz?
