You don't need any quiz results to purchase. We prepare the pack after you tell us your participating team is ready and send the details. For more than 40 people, contact us first.
Do we need to take the quiz first?
No. Buy first and invite people later, or take the quiz before you decide to purchase. We need the results only when you're ready for us to prepare the report. If some teammates have already taken the public quiz, send the email addresses they used so we can find those results. Everyone included should agree to share their results.
Can we have our own team quiz page?
Yes. Create a free team page with your team name and organizer email. Share its link so people can start the quiz and join the same group. You'll receive a separate private dashboard link by email. Keep that for the organizer and share the team page with participants.
How does Guess Who work?
Once three results are in your group, open Guess Who from the team page. On a shared screen, show each animal and let the room guess before revealing the name. Team members can also match profiles to people on their phones and see their scores on a leaderboard. It uses the results visible in your group view. Your paid report's session deck also includes Guess Who reveals for the team in that report.
What exactly will we receive?
A private web pack containing your team report, session deck, manager summary, action worksheet, and facilitator guide. You can read on mobile or desktop, present the session deck full screen, and print or save the materials as PDFs.
Is this different from the free team view or credits?
Yes. This purchase is for a prepared report and session materials for your submitted team. You can create a team page and use the free group map, pairings, and Guess Who with the first 10 visible results before or after purchasing. Viewing more results online, other paid group upgrades, and dashboard credit packs are separate from the $99 prepared report.
Do I need to be a trained facilitator?
No certification is needed. The guide includes a consent step, prompts, and agendas for 45, 60, and 90 minutes. You or a colleague leads the session. A live facilitator or coaching call isn't included.
How is the report created?
We use your team's recorded quiz scores, designed report templates, and AI-assisted writing to prepare the interpretations. The pack is reviewed before delivery. It is personalized to your submitted results, with suggestions your team can confirm, question, or reject.
When will it arrive?
Within 48 hours after you ask us to prepare it and we have your order, the participants' results, and complete team details. Buying doesn't start a quiz deadline. Gather your team in your own time, then tell us when you're ready. We'll email your private materials link.
Is this a validated workplace assessment?
No. This is a self-report reflection and discussion tool, not a clinical assessment or validated predictor of ability, performance, or job fit. Don't use it for hiring, promotion, performance reviews, or assigning work by animal type.
What if there's a problem with my purchase?
Email hi@animalpersonalityquiz.com with your order number so we can help. If a note doesn't fit someone, we'll rewrite it. If the pack isn't useful to you, we'll refund it in full and you keep the files. This is the support promise included in your Gumroad purchase instructions. See our purchase terms for other details.
