How long does the activity take?
The quiz itself takes about 4 minutes per person. As an opener, plan 10 to 20 minutes to look at the team map and play Guess Who. The team pack's facilitator guide has full agendas for 45, 60, and 90-minute sessions.
How many people can take part?
Anyone with the link can join your team page. The free group view shows the first 10 results; larger online group views are a separate upgrade. The $99 team pack works from four people, and for more than 40 people we ask you to contact us first.
Can remote or hybrid teams use it?
Yes. Everything runs in the browser, so people can take the quiz from anywhere and you can share your screen on Zoom or Teams for Guess Who and the debrief.
Do we have to buy anything?
No. Creating a team page, the group map, and Guess Who are free. The $99 team pack is optional and adds a prepared team report, session deck, facilitator guide, manager summary, and action worksheet.
When do we get the team pack?
Within 48 hours of you telling us the team is ready and sending your order number and team link. You can buy before anyone has taken the quiz, so order a few days before the away day.
Is this a validated workplace assessment?
No. It is a self-report reflection and discussion tool, not a clinical or hiring assessment. Taking part and sharing results are always optional, and it shouldn't be used for hiring, promotion, or performance reviews.
